Congratulations! Your are about to sell your home or maybe you are already doing it. There are so many marketing techniques that sometimes we prefer one over the other. Like it's very convenient to do it all online, and don't have to deal with strangers passing through your home, but is this going to sell your home fast? Maybe. But maybe not.When you are selling your home, it's very important to take all the steps you need to get your home as much exposure as possible, because it only takes one interested buyer! And an open house is such a great way to advertise your property!
Pictures (even those that are done by professionals) cannot always capture the essence of the home nor the feel of it, and that's a huge drawback. Why? Because most of the home purchases are made by an impulse effected by the way that property makes people feel. That's why in order to get your home sold as soon as possible it's crucial to let others see your house.
I enjoy doing open houses mostly because I get to hear people's feedback of the home and see what features of the property are their favorite. It's really fun and drives so much traffic to the home, especially if you put around 10 signs nearby! I always have delicious treats in the kitchen for the visitors.
